Who We Are

This app is operated by تطبيق رياض الابداع to help teachers, guardians, students, supervisors, and drivers manage school activities such as homework, points, alerts, absences, notifications, reports, and student pickup workflows.

Information We Collect

• Account data: mobile number for OTP sign-in, name, profile photo, and account role.
• School data: homework, points, notes, alerts, absences, reports, and pickup status.
• Optional camera/photos: when selecting a profile image or uploading classroom/student images.
• Notifications: a Firebase token when available, used to send account-related notifications.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, display school data linked to them or their children, send notifications, support school follow-up workflows, and operate student pickup features.

Sharing and Processing

Data is processed through تطبيق رياض الابداع servers and Google Firebase for notifications. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Children's Data

The app displays student educational and administrative information only to authorized linked accounts, such as guardians, students, and relevant school staff.

Retention and Deletion

Users can request account deletion from the Account page in the app by selecting "Delete account". This removes the user record and related notification tokens according to school procedures and applicable requirements.

Security

Access tokens are stored in device secure storage, and deployed environments use HTTPS in transit.
